PwC Branded Room Opening: A New Milestone for DMUK!
On October 9, 2024, De Montfort University Kazakhstan (DMUK) proudly unveiled its newly branded PwC lecture room, a vibrant addition made possible by our esteemed partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). This exciting event gave students an insider’s look into career opportunities with one of the world’s leading consulting firms, setting the stage for future collaborations.
The event kicked off with an inspiring talk by PwC Partner, Azamat Konratbayev, who shared his professional journey and emphasized the company’s supportive culture. Azamat encouraged students to strive for balance in life, highlighting that PwC seeks individuals who not only work effectively but also pursue hobbies and maintain personal well-being. His words left students motivated and eager to explore a future in consulting.
Sofia Sherimova, HR representative at PwC, took students through the internship application process, from applying online to navigating the multi-step selection, including logical games, interviews, and tests. She assured students that while the process is rigorous, the rewards are well worth it.
Adding to the excitement, Senior Associate Adil Kulzhibayev and HC representative Zhasmin Sarzhanova introduced the PwC Ambassador Programme, sharing how becoming an ambassador can lead to an internship. They encouraged students to stay tuned for upcoming applications.
