The session also spotlighted the Battle of Minds, a global business pitch competition, where Altynay Shaiduyeva, Employee Relations Specialist, explained how students can participate and present their innovative ideas on an international stage. In addition, attendees learned about the BAT Global Graduate Programme, an initiative that provides accelerated career growth for young professionals.
