De Montfort University Kazakhstan Careers Hub Hosts “Unlocking Your Potential” Workshop

February 12, 2025 – Almaty, Kazakhstan – De Montfort University Kazakhstan (DMUK) Careers Hub hosted the workshop “Unlocking Your Potential: Self-Analysis and Goal Setting,” designed to help students explore their strengths and set meaningful goals.

Led by DMUK student counsellor Daria Ryskalieva, the workshop offered practical strategies for self-reflection, motivation, and effective goal-setting. Daria’s interactive approach encouraged active participation, creating an engaging and supportive environment. During the session, students explored their personal strengths and areas for growth through guided self-analysis exercises. They also learned practical techniques to enhance self-motivation and navigate challenges with resilience.

A key focus of the workshop was effective goal-setting. Daria provided strategies for setting realistic goals and breaking them down into achievable steps, empowering students to turn their ambitions into actionable plans.
With 24 students participating, the workshop was a valuable opportunity for personal growth and development. This initiative reflects DMUK’s commitment to supporting students in realizing their full potential.
