Introduction to the Mentorship Programme 2024/2025 at DMUK
De Montfort University Kazakhstan is delighted to announce the successful launch of the Mentorship Programme 2024/2025! Held on November 7th, 2024, the launch event welcomed five inspiring mentors and 19 enthusiastic students from our Art & Design, Computing, and Business & Law Departments.
The session began with a comprehensive overview of the programme’s objectives and terms. Mentors were introduced to the students, who later had the opportunity to network in a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. To better understand the students’ professional aspirations, a survey was conducted to capture their career interests and goals.
The event concluded with a networking session over pizza, where five students were matched with the mentors they had chosen. This moment marked the beginning of valuable mentorship journeys that are set to flourish throughout the year.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our mentors—Karina Bexultanova (Air Astana), Said Azizov (Yandex Go), Sabina Bukeikhanova (JAS Agency), Alena Khegay (JAS Agency), and Danil Spirin (BCC)—for their dedication and willingness to share their expertise with DMUK students.
