On October 2, students had the opportunity to attend an insightful guest lecture by representatives from Ernst & Young (EY), including Aygul Iskhakova (Head of Recruitment) and Karina Khvorost (Senior Recruiter). They shared an overview of EY’s global operations, discussing the firm’s key service lines in Assurance, Tax & Law, Strategy & Transactions, and Consulting, while offering valuable advice on navigating career paths within the company. Students were introduced to EY’s exciting internship and graduate programs, gaining a clear understanding of the recruitment process and what the firm seeks in candidates.
