DMUK Finance and Investments Students Gain Insights at Halyk Bank Headquarters

December 11, Almaty, Kazakhstan – Twenty-five second- and third-year Finance and Investments, Accounting and Finance students from De Montfort University Kazakhstan (DMUK) had the exceptional opportunity to visit the headquarters of Halyk Bank during an open day.

The visit featured a series of engaging and informative presentations from key representatives of one of Kazakhstan’s leading financial institutions:

• Alina Maksyutova, Business Trainer, introduced students to Halyk Bank’s mission, values, and rich history, emphasizing its corporate culture and pathways for career growth.
• Khatiryam Nizamova, Director of the Capital Management Department, provided an in-depth overview of the bank’s structure, detailing its diverse divisions and operations to give students a comprehensive understanding of its functions.
• Abubakir Aitmukhanov, Senior Corporate Trainer, delivered practical advice on creating compelling CVs, excelling in interviews, and navigating the hiring process effectively.
