De Montfort University Kazakhstan Business Management Students Visit Mars Central Eurasia & Türkiye Office
December 6, Almaty, Kazakhstan – Eighteen first-year Business Management students from De Montfort University Kazakhstan (DMUK) enjoyed an engaging visit to the Mars Central Eurasia & Türkiye office. This trip provided a unique opportunity to gain insights into the operations of one of the world’s most recognised companies.
Welcomed by Artur Suleimenov, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Arsen Amirkhan, Communications Department representative, the students explored Mars’ regional operations and its representation in Central Asia. The session included a deep dive into Mars’ diverse product range, effective communication strategies with their audience, and the company’s broader impact in the region.
A highlight of the visit was an introduction to the Mars Leadership Experience Programme (MLEP), a prestigious internship that equips aspiring leaders with hands-on experience and career development opportunities.
In addition to an insightful presentation, the students were treated to a guided office tour, where they observed Mars’ dynamic workplace culture and state-of-the-art facilities. To top off the experience, each student received thoughtful gifts as a token of Mars’ hospitality.
