Course Overview

Be “Be Well, Lead Well” certificate is designed to prepare leaders and managers to influence post-covid workplace culture. This course covers workplace wellbeing in an organisational and international context. It provides students with the knowledge and understanding of environments in which future leaders plan, implement and evaluate employees’ wellbeing to support strategic organisational goals. This innovative programme enables leaders and managers across all sectors to integrate health and wellbeing into their working environments.

Health and Wellbeing are becoming increasingly important considerations for companies to maintain a happy, enjoyable and productive workforce. This programme allows leaders and managers to lead, integrate, and promote health and wellbeing among their staff, while focusing on the management skills essential to improving factors that may impact the wellbeing of the employees and elements that will positively increase, encourage, promote, support good health and wellbeing.

Students will also understand the relationship between traditional, hybrid and remote workplace choices and employees’ wellbeing, including analytical and assessing skills that design flexible approaches to health and wellbeing to tackle challenges in Multinational Corporations (MNCs).
